On this page we will try to give you an overview of the questions people ask
us often:
Can I pay with an other credit card then Master Card, Visa or American
Express?
No we only have contracts with these three, maybe in the future. But please tell
us because only then we know there is a need.
Can I pay by check or bank transfer?
Yes, just reply to the confirmation email you got and we will send an invoice
with payment details
My company normally issues a Purchase Order and we pay after the event?
For some companies this is allowed (e.g. government). Please fill in the PO
number during the registration and we will contact you about the details.
I gave you a check at the registration desk. Why does it take so long
before the check is cancelled?
We take the check back to Europe where we give then to our bank. They have to
ship them back to the USA and this whole process takes time. Sorry for any
inconvenience this is causing.
Everybody in my company should know this. Can we hire the trainer for an
in-house seminar?
Sure! Look at the trainer profile next to the session. There you can find the
contact the trainer. Please go ahead and contact him or her directly yourself.
We have a lot of people from our company that want to register. Can we get
special discount?
Yes, this is possible. We can also give the company a special discount code so
every individual registration still gets a preset discount.
We are a special DB2 User Group. Can we get discount?
Yes, similar to the company discount we would issue a discount code so the users
of the User Group can still individually pay.
We registered multiple persons to get a great discount. But now we want to
pay individually. Is that possible?
Yes, please contact us. We can split the total amount in to pieces. We are
working on a new registration system where you can do that yourself.
We have some IBM training Dollars left. Can we spend them with you?
No, you cannot. Although IBM is a good partner of the DB2 Symposium we current
cannot accept trainings dollars.
