Discounts

  • Early bird discount (10%): If you register before March 9, 2012, you will receive an Early Bird discount of 10%.
  • Group discount (15%): If 4 or more persons register in a single registration, each person receives a 15% discount.
    This discount applies before and after the early bird discount date and can be combined with early bird (25% for each person).

A special discount code can be created for large organizations who will send 4 or more persons. With this discount code people can register independently and still benefit from the 15% group discount. Please contact info@kbce.com for such a discount code.

Payment Terms & Conditions

In order to attend the event your payment has to be processed before or at the event. Please read carefully the cancellation policy on the general info page. An invoice is generated during the registration process.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card: American Express, Visa and Master Card are accepted.
    Payment can be done during registration or later (e.g. by HR department).
  • Check: Checks are accepted and have to be brought to the registration desk.
    Detailed instructions are included with the invoice.
